Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to perform a migration from Cisco Call Manager 14.5 to Microsoft Teams phone. Interested vendors must submit proposals.
Proposals are to be submitted to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5851 by Monday, August 17, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. (Pacific). It is each proposer’s responsibility, when submitting its proposal electronically via Bid Locker, to ensure timely delivery by submitting its proposal sufficiently in advance of the deadline. Before vendors can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. Facsimile, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.

It is the Vendor’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating Vendors by email or by any other means of any of the above. Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).
District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
